Our Lady of Guidance Cross

The cross and the chapel of the Guide were placed near the river, at the beginning of the Old Bridge, before entering in the city. Accorded to tradition, as soon as Ignatius arrived to Manresa, he had a vision of the Virgin and he had some visions and illustrations. The old hermitage (from the end of the 15th century) was moved to where it is nowadays because of the construction of the railway network Barcelona – Zaragoza.
