La Riera de Rajadell (Rajadell's stream)

In the southwestern municipality of Manresa, the streams of Guardiola and Rajadell, in its final stretch, open deep valleys, sometimes flanked with cliffs of rock, unil they eventually meet their older brother, the river Cardener.

The beauty of both valleys is remarkable. A few steps away from the city and entirely within the municipality of Manresa, in its last 9.75 kilometers, the valley of Rajadell is an interesting area full of nature; an extensive and unexpected green lung which hosts a large diversity of plants and where wild animals can seek refuge.
