Colltor Wines
Vins Colltor is a small winery located in the middle of nature, with a completely artisanal and sustainable working method.
Colltor is a 500 m2 farmhouse located 1 km from Santa Maria d’Oló, halfway between Vic and Manresa, with views of Montserrat and the Pyrenees; one hour from the ski resorts and one hour from the Costa Brava, surrounded by a rustic and sustainable environment.
2019 is our fifth year of wine production and we are proud to present our two wines as part of the DO. Pla de Bages for the first time.
Colltor merlot coupage is our mid-range wine. Aged in American oak barrels, merlot provides body and structure to the wine, while shiraz and cabernet sauvignon add subtleties - a really good and honest wine.
Colltor shiraz is our best wine. Monovarietal of intense color and fine aromas, this shiraz is concentrated and powerful with subtle spicy notes.
