Florinda

CATALAN VERSION SPANISH VERSION

REQUEST THE LOCATION

Located in the neighborhood of Valldaura, in the most representative industrial part to the west of the urban center and delimiting the triangle of manufacturing buildings of great importance for Manresa: La Florinda, Los Panyos and Farinera Albareda.

The complex occupies a large rectangular plot with a façade on three streets (Ausiies March, Dos de Maig and El Bruc) with the Florinda Park behind. It has recently been an area under transformation, taking advantage of the position of the neighborhood of Valldaura -in touch of Cardener and with two urban parks- where residential operations have been carried out. Valldaura is a neighborhood that was born of industrialization and, in its area, narrow streets with old and modest buildings combined with wide streets and blocks of houses built on lots that occupied old factories or workshops.

Typology / Elements
