REQUEST THE LOCATION

The Cova de Sant Ignasi is a religious architectural ensemble in which St. Ignatius of Loyola relocated to practice prayer and penitence during his stay in Manresa between 1522 and 1523.

Over the years the group has undergone several extensions, of which the most recent has been the House of Spiritual Exercises backed by the church. Due to the religious and historical importance of the place it is probable that so much in the subsoil as in its surroundings it contains rest
materials or some possible necropolis.
