A building that, in itself, determines a strategic position in the center of the city and in the place that determines the boundary between the old walls and the new consolidated fabric in the surroundings of the Paseo and the road of Vic. In its origins, the space fulfilled the function of commercial galleries, at the moment it is dedicated to the tertiary space and its low of commercial space.

Type / Elements

Building that occupies a chamfer of one of the main roads of the city. Its facades are beautiful and are widely decorated with highly stylized plant motifs and distributed rhythmically throughout its surface. The part where the side faces converge is what we could call the main façade, with very small dimensions, which is also decorated but is also crowned by a structure that may finish all the decoration: a kind of pinnacles. The windows of all the openings are all glazed, very much in accordance with the decoration and in some also the decoration continues thanks to its combination with the iron. On the ground floor there is a lobby. The reinforced concrete structure, which was one of the first built in Manresa, is remarkable.
