Lluvià tower
La Torre Lluvià or Villa Emilia is a modernist building with historicist elements dating from 1896, located in the middle of the Green Ring of Manresa.
Typology/Elements
The main building is a manor house of residential-rural character, surrounded by crops and forests. It is of square plant formed by three bodies; the central three floors with an octagonal tower and the two sides that are two stories high.
The City Council acquired the building, which was in ruins, in early 2012. During 2014 and 2015, restoration work was carried out and is currently used as a tourist attraction and interpretation center of the Green Ring of Manresa.
