Residential complex built between 1953-1954 and 1963-1966 post-war classicist style.
Typology / Elements
Set of 10 rectangular prism building blocks that make up the urbanization thickness and the definition of the streets and accesses.
The facades are composed symmetrically and in an orderly way, starting with a unitary rhythm determined between the vertical communication reference elements (scale boxes) that are framed in a differentiated way (with a view-based visual treatment and a large longitudinal window), from these axes of central symmetry where the accesses are located on the ground floor, the openings are distributed neatly in a single facade plan framed perimeterly by a treatment seen and finished off by a simple cornice which forms a prominent eaves supported by simple prefabricated brackets. All openings also feature a prefabricated stone frame.
